A Letter from
Amanda's Family
We the family of Amanda Brown would like to thank
you. Thank you for being there for Amanda and for
us.
During Amanda’s illness each of you have in your
own way supported Amanda and her family as well. Some
sent donations to help with her treatment expenses
and offered words of encouragement and hope. Others
sent flowers to brighten Amanda’s day, or offered
a friendly ear to listen and a shoulder to lean on;
some did all this and more…
But most importantly, you cared... You cared for
Amanda and you cared for us.
After Amanda went home to Jesus, you continued caring
by showing your sympathy, your love and support. Many
sent beautiful flowers, a card of condolence or sat
and cried with us at her funeral service. We felt
your sadness, we felt your love.
So often we hear how Amanda has touched people’s
lives… by her smile, her kindness and warm heart,
her determination and her bravery. That she has made
a difference and continues to do so even now after
her passing.
We just wanted to say that you have touched our lives
too, by your kindness, love and generosity. For this
we humbly thank you.
Sincerely,
Amanda’s husband Michael, mother Connie and stepfather
Al, father Dwight and stepmother Vicki and her sister
Kristi.
